Responsibilities:
|
- Support in creating / developing
WAH security roadmap which meets Concentrix mission and vision.
- Ensure & maintain
appropriate Security posture for WAH models inline with industry best
standards, client contractual obligations (MSA/SOW) etc.
- Perform security assessments on
WAH models and suggest Security improvements by assessing current
solutions, performing gap assessments, anticipating future requirements,
and providing actionable recommendations
- Partner with the Global IT
division and provide a consultative approach to implementing security
standards.
- Work with peers and leaders
across the organization to identify gaps in IT systems/networks and
develop innovative solutions to close identified gaps.
- Stay abreast of emerging
vulnerabilities, compensating controls, and security technologies
- Works with engineers and SMEs in
the development of the technical solution or offering, in translating
the business needs into technical requirements, and is a key contributor
in the value proposition.

departments, cross functions across locations
- Be the Key contact for all WAH
security related queries and concerns from internal and external
stakeholders

- Support in
maintaining continuous maturity of WAH Security posture leveraging
existing security solution, automation, innovation, new solutions etc.
- Lead strategic
initiatives to aid in improving the overall Cybersecurity posture of the
customer / enterprise.
|

- Strong documentation, oral and written communications and interpersonal

- The ability to lead complex Cyber Incident Response initiatives, coordinate investigations, enterprise-wide
incidents and individual task-level response activities across
multiple teams and business units

Knowledge & Experience
|
- Must have knowledge & hand
on experience on various WAH models.
- Must have team handling
experience
- Must have experience
presenting and/or communicating with Client’s senior representatives
and/or Infosec team
- Familiarity with data
privacy regulations such as the GLBA and GDPR including but not limited
legal/law enforcement procedures
- Experience required in
identifying cyber or fraudulent suspicious activity
|
Competencies:
|
- The ability to multitask, act
under pressure and quickly identify and deal with priority matters under
tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential.
- The ability to
handle multiple inquiries at any one time, often under considerable
deadline pressure.
- The ability to work both
independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
|
- 8+ years of experience working
in IT and/or IT Security in multiple capacities
- Bachelors in IT, Computer
Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft
Office Suite of Technologies
- Fluency in another language an
asset
- Travel may be required both domestically and internationally post pandemic
environment or as necessary
