                                         Salesforce Developers


Skills Required:

  • 4-6 years of full-time IT experience with (3+Years) Salesforce.com, exposure in Financial Service Cloud domain will be added advantage.
  • Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer 1 preferred.
  • Must have hands on development experience with Apex and Visual Force.
  • Should have experience on lightning.
  • Force.com customization experience is required.
  • Good experience with the Force.com developer toolkit - Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOQL.
  • Should have hands-on experience in building integration & interfaces using SFDC Web Services API
  • Web Technologies like HTML (HTML5 is a plus), CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AngularJS and familiarity with Responsive Web Design - is good to have.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • Effectively communicate & resolve technical issues both internally and externally.
  • Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
  • Experience on Agile and ability to coordinate with offshore resources.
  • Platform Developer 1 Certification is a must
  • Having Knowledge of Financial services cloud is an advantage

Salesforce Administrator

Skills Required:
·         Minimum 4- 6 years of Salesforce experience
·         Experience in Salesforce.com CRM Platform both as an Administrator 
·         Manage roles, responsibilities, and permissions for access to the platform, objects, and fields.
·         End-to-end Salesforce administration including data maintenance and user management
·         Responsible for Salesforce CRM, Searching, report running, merging, mass transfers, editing accounts, data mining running queries, publishing dashboards for senior management.
·         Manage the Salesforce change process and follow Change Management procedures & policies.
·         Modify roles or record-sharing rules to reflect any organizational changes or internal business rules
·         Manage and support security tasks such as setting up SSO, two-factor authentication, certificates, IP Whitelisting etc.
·         Examine time-based workflow and scheduled APEX queues to make sure there are no unexpected entries
·         Examine SFDC error and debug logs for any surprises. For any external application that synchronizes data with SFDC, look at its error logs to see if a new error pattern has developed
·         Run all APEX tests in the system to spot any new errors that may have crept in due to harmless changes in validation rules, triggers, or data cleanup
·         Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT internal team members to meet expected customer service levels.
·         Experience in deployment, Change sets, ANT, Jenkins
·         Salesforce Admin certification is must
·         Having Financial service cloud knowledge is advantage
