Job Description	Ø  Minimum 2+ years experience in the design and development of complex software systems Ø  Should have prior experience in working in SDLC model Ø  Minimum  2+  years experience in developing web applications Ø  Experience working in an nTier environment Ø  Understanding of design patterns Ø  Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ø  Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language Ø  Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ø  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ø  Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Role and Responsibilities:	Ø  Should be involved in developing web applications in nTier Enivironment Ø  Should be involved hand-on in writing optimized code and stored procedures Should be involved in object oriented designing and development Ø  Should do Technical documentation
