Designation	Senior Analyst - Industry Profiles
Job Description	Key Responsibilities: Deliver high quality research in the form of data and reports. These will focus on multiple sectors across geographies Research sources for information on sectors, perform secondary and primary research for data sets, gather data on sector KPIs, share and size, identify and understand trends, provide market estimates and forecasts for target countries Perform sanity checks on data gathered, ensure availability of datasets on front end platforms Develop industry expertise across multiple sectors and help develop a strong product with substantial insights and analysis  Excellent written skills with ability to structure and present the analysis in a structured and succinct manner  Manage team of Analysts authoring reports and industry models. Train analysts in market analysis, forecasting, data presentation and analysis and monitor their performance such that they produce good quality products across our product offering Project monitoring for planned deliveries and assist manager in meeting defined targets
Desired Profile	A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in business / market / industry analysis, consultancy and team handling Having strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)  Having working knowledge of statistics and data mining techniques Having attention to detail and the ability to verify and sanity check large amounts of data quickly Having ability to normalize data from secondary and primary research Having strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently Having strong written English including the ability to structure written work for meaning and flow Having ability to review work quickly and effectively and identify problems and solutions quickly Having strong awareness of the global business environment and major market issues driving the business environments Having work experience in specific industries or markets is desirable  Should be able to work and deliver under pressure Should have ability to clearly communicate to team members, internal and external parties
