Key Responsilities & Qualification:

Key
Responsibilities:
To
ensure that R&D lab shall be operated safely, in accordance with safe
work procedures and to ensure that all safety audit actions are addressed and
closed satisfactorily.
· To
ensure process robustness on a continual basis in each of the products
assigned to you incorporating expectations / actions in the process R&D
teams by lean daily management (LDM).
· To hold end to end
responsibility on products assigned to you as per product manager concept.
· To
track the CAPA for the products for which CAPA was proposed by PE/PC team.
· To
own the processes of assigned products and study on a continual basis
opportunities for improving the process robustness and perform investigations
in co-ordination with the site process engineering, production and central
MSAT teams.
· To
explore opportunities for improving the process (or route of synthesis) for
the purpose of improving robustness / yields / safety / productivity.
· Providing
technical support (theoretical / experimental) to address incidents / OOS /
OOT & evaluating CAPA effectiveness.
· To support
Regulatory and customer queries in consultation with MSAT
team.
· To
liaise with chemists across sites and with central MSAT chemistry team to
learn / share and document.
· Ensure
that follow as the best lab practices at the site.
· Know
how & know why for processes.
· To
ensure compliance to established Quality procedures & processes. To
ensure follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in department and that
documents such as Laboratory Note Book (LNB) are maintained as per protocol.
· To
ensure that required protocols and investigation reports are documented in a
manner that are auditable and is based on data (for eg., Provide objective
data & where information is referenced – provide source of reference
etc.).
Experience & Educational
Qualifications:
M.Sc Chemistry with
minimum 3 to 8 Years experience in Process Research and Development.
