Job Description:	·       Participate in the UX design of core products, do research on product structure, process, function, user interface, user experience, interactive function, cooperate with the Biz and IT to complete the implementation of the whole product process / interface design; ·       Participate in competitive product research, user feedbacks and data analysis, test and evaluate product usability and ease of use; ·       Provide product UI wireframe, hi-fi UI design and UX guidelines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	·       Bachelor or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field. ·       5 years+ of relevant industry experience. Be familiar with practice of design methodology. ·       Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process. Experience designing across multiple platforms. ·       Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Engineers, Biz Users and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. ·       Proficient with design software PS, AI, XD, Mockplus, good experience on html, CSS/DIV and web standards. ·       Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces. ·       Good communication/English skills to support different teams, better with fluent Chinese; ·       Please include relevant works or links (above 3). ·
