Skills Required:	·        Ability to work with Global Teams, Business Owners & Business Analysts in a collaborative environment for delivering Solutions in Analytics using Tableau. ·        Ability to work in advance Customization of reports and Advance report development experience in Tableau. ·        Ability to develop and create a wide variety of Reports, Charts, Visualizations & Dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. ·        Ability to create Adhoc reports and Analysis to meet specific Business initiatives and requirements. ·        Ability to tell a Story & deliver Insights using Data & Tableau. ·        Strong experience in writing and understanding SQL statements. ·        Possess sound knowledge of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and its best practices. ·        Ability to produce Source to Target Mapping Documents, Create Test Case scenarios and Execute unit testing. ·        Ability to work in an Agile and fast paced environment while meeting the deliverables with highest data quality. ·        Ability to understand the Business Requirement Documents. ·        Ability to perform Information Research, Knowledge Management & Knowledge Transfer. ·        Ability to write and create documentation. ·        Ability to do GAP Analysis and communicate it to the Stakeholders in appropriate timelines. ·        Ability to identify the Risks, Pros & Cons of a specific mode of implementation and providing timely feedback to mitigate them. ·        Ability to lead a team of developers ·        Ability to work Independently and Efficiently. ·        Strong Problem solving and Analytical Skills. ·        Ability to work on multiple projects across multiple Business Units.
